The Indian state of Rajasthan is largest state of india widely known for its surroundings, beautiful culture, and many years of old history. and It is also famous for its thar desert located in jaisalmer where tourist can take camel ride over sand dunes. Jaipur: Jaipur is the capital city of rajasthan or it is also known as pink city since 1876 because sawai singh used pink sandstone to welcome prince albert. In Jaipur you can visit amer fort it is a UNESCO heritage site built on top of hill. The second fort in Jaipur is hawa mahal it has five floors built in 1799 by king sawai pratap singh.
The third famous fort in Jaipur is nahargarh fort built in the year of 1734 by sawai jai singh 2.
Jaisalmer: jaisalmer fort is the main attraction in this city it was built by rawal jaisal in 1156. It is a UNESCO heritage site and It is one of the largest fort in India. There are other fort across the jaisalmer such as patwon ki haveli, nathmal ki haveli and salim singh haveli. There is a beautiful artificial lake built in 1156 by rawal jaisal. you can also visit jaisalmer war museum where you get to see pakistani weapons captured by Indian army in 1971.
Udaipur: it is a beautiful city also known as city of lakes. The first famous lake is pichola lake where tourist can have boat rides while enjoying surroundings.The second lake is Fateh Sagar lake here also you can enjoy boat riding. You can also visit moonsoon palace for beautiful hilltop view of city. It is commonly known as sajjanghar palace.
