The  Indian state of Rajasthan is largest state of india widely known for its surroundings, beautiful culture, and many years of  old history. and It is also famous for its thar desert located in jaisalmer where tourist can take camel ride over sand dunes. The superb time to visit rajasthan is during winter.  It is mainly famous for forts like hawa mahal,  amer fort and city palace. 

Jaipur: Jaipur is the capital city of rajasthan or it is also known as pink city since 1876  because sawai singh used pink sandstone to welcome prince albert. In Jaipur you can visit amer fort it is a UNESCO heritage site built on top of hill. The second fort in Jaipur is hawa mahal it has five floors built in 1799 by king sawai pratap singh.
The third famous fort in Jaipur is nahargarh fort built in the year of 1734 by sawai jai singh 2.

Jaisalmer: jaisalmer fort is the main attraction in this city it was built by rawal jaisal in 1156. It is a UNESCO heritage site and It is one of the largest fort in India. There are other fort across the jaisalmer such as patwon ki haveli, nathmal ki haveli and salim singh haveli. There is a beautiful artificial lake built in 1156 by rawal jaisal.  you can also visit jaisalmer war museum where you get to see pakistani weapons captured by Indian army in 1971.

Udaipur: it is a beautiful city also known as city of lakes. The first famous lake is pichola lake where tourist can have boat rides while enjoying surroundings.The second lake is Fateh Sagar lake here also you can enjoy boat riding. You can also visit moonsoon palace for beautiful hilltop view of city. It is commonly known as sajjanghar palace.

Ranthambore National park: The Ranthambore National park is a UNESCO world heritage site. You can see many wildlife animals like tigers, leopard, birds, Indian deer and crocodile. You can explore park by jeep.

 Jodhpur: Jodhpur is also known as blue city because the local painted their houses in blue. You can visit mehrangarh  fort which is built on hilltop and enjoy spectacular view of the city. Some scenes of the movie named dark knight rises was filmed here.

Pushkar: it host one of the largest camel fair  in the world. Pushkar lake is quite famous among foreign tourist and it is surrounded by around four hundred temples. 

Chittorgarh: Chittorgarh is famous for Chittorgarh fort built in 7th century. It is the largest fort ever built in rajasthan by mourya dynasty. It was attacked 3 times. First  ala ud din khilji in 1303. The second attack baphadur shah in 1535 and third attack was in 1567 by akbar.
